easy check-in, multiple locking mechanisms for security, proximity to gas station and grocery store

Small sink in the bathroom creates some discomfort!!! The lobby looks neglected with a damaged ceiling!!! Locks require key usage for nighttime security-very inconvenient!!! The rooms felt unclean with stains and improper maintenance!!!

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a quiet area, adjacent to restaurants/beaches, very clean, and car rentals. We got a room with a walk-in shower...

The hotel was located very close to Puerto Rico as well as very clean. The property was in a perfect location, in a residential neighborhood. Also, such main attraction as Parque Isla Verde was 3 miles from this hotel.

The room was super comfy, but the check-in process was confusing and stressful.

The stay was mainly for a short transit visit given the proximity to the airport. I really appreciated the easy check-in process and felt secure in the room with multiple locking mechanisms. Having access to a mini kitchen was super handy, and the wifi worked great, which was a plus for catching up on some shows after my travels. The place was well-maintained and conveniently close to various amenities like gas stations and grocery stores.

Conveniently located near the airport, Segovia Studio Units offers clean, modern accommodations with a cozy mini kitchen equipped with a microwave and a little fridge. The staff, especially Elizabeth, were helpful, and the provided Roku TV was a fun bonus .

Bathroom shower curtain issue.

The units are very clean and well-maintained with responsive owners and equipped kitchens. We enjoyed having access to laundry facilities, and the comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep.

The Standard Queen Room was super comfy. It had a mini kitchen that was really handy, complete with a microwave and fridge. The air conditioning worked great, and the Roku TV was a nice touch for winding down. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean. It's also just moments from the airport, a huge plus for us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The parking facility was dedicated, which I appreciated. The rooms were both equipped with air purifiers, making the air quality very pristine. The modern decorations of the hotel made it feel like a luxurious experience. Additionally, having a TV in each room was a fantastic touch, and I loved the fridge stocked with water bottles!
